We have owned this desk and hutch since new in 1999. It is in excellent condition with only known defects being some marks along the very base of the desk as shown in the pictures (from the rolling computer chair legs) and a clip in the light under the hutch is broken so the light hangs down a little. It's not noticeable from the front view but only if you look underneath (or are sitting at the desk). Light is functional with no issues. Comes with original paperwork. Retailed for $1,497.
