Damaged items or other issues: Wrong color? Didnt match? The item was damaged? Dont worry, we have you covered! We understand, even through our careful inspection and shipping process, that our packages may occasionally arrive damaged. At most times we can cover for damages or unfulfilled orders with a part shipped to you, free of charge. If you would like an exchange or return, we can also accommodate you. Please contact us in the event of a damage case.
We recommend that all of our customers open the item and inspect it thoroughly prior to accepting delivery. It is normal for packaging to show some wear, only refuse the item if the actual product is damaged. Once the item is refused, email us so we can ship a replacement item as quickly as possible. Order Cancellation and Returns
If your order has already shipped from ModernEuroDesign, any cancellations or shipment refusals will be considered Returns. As with a return, the customer will be responsible for actual freight BOTH ways in addition to the 20% restocking fee. Bear in mind, actual freight returned may be higher than freight we originally charged based on additional fuel surcharges and labor, residential pick-up circumstances, etc.
We base our customer purchases on the policy that ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless of course the rare case occurs in which your furniture is either damaged or defective.Any refund issued will be in the same manner as they were received. Payments by cash or check will be issued as a refund check from ModernEuroDesign within 5-10 business days of your cancellation.
