International Shipping:  We do not ship out of the Mainland 48 states.  Inquiries asking us to do so, will be unanswered.

Shipping: Item will ship no later than 1 business day after full correct payment.  Shipping to Eastern side of US is 1-3 business days.  Shipping to Western half of US is 3-5 business days.  Tracking will be emailed by the carrier to the email address you use to log into Paypal with, no later than 2 business days after payment.  Tracking is also uploaded to Ebay under "items won" on MY EBAY.

Payment:  We will accept any Paypal payment with any PHYSICAL address you put into the "shipping" field on the payment.  We are unable to accept PO, APO, FPO addresses.  We are unable to change your shipping address after payment is made.  The payment you put in your paypal payment does NOT have to be "confirmed" or "verified".

Exchanges:  If your product arrives damaged, you refuse and get another one.  If your product arrives and has a defect, it will have warranty from day one.  If you do not wish to participate with warranty, you may ship back to us (within 14 days of receipt) at your expense for another product (This is only valid for the first 14 days).  Once the product is received back (and verified to be undamaged, complete, and defective) another will be shipped to you at our expense.  There are no cancellations or refunds of "non defective" orders once placed.  If your item is defective and you do not wish to receive an exchange there will be a 15% restocking fee assessed to your refund.

Tracking:  After payment is made we will send a confirmation of payment and shipment via email.  The carrier will also send tracking afterward.  BOTH emails are sent to the email address you use to log into paypal with.  If that address is incorrect or has a bad spam filter, you will not get them.  Also after your order is shipped tracking will be uploaded to "MY EBAY" under items won, transaction details.

Price Protection:  As with most items online the prices are subject to change without notice.  For this reason we are unable to provide price protection on orders once they are placed.
